This marked the beginning of SSundee's obsession with Cobblestone. On the 27th episode, SSundee had said "Cobblestone Equals Life". On the second episode of SSundee and Lancey's FTB Minecraft series, SSundee began being obsessed with Cobblestone. They both started to make more videos and then they started many Minecraft series. On 19 November 2013, SSundee uploaded Minecraft SuperCraft Bros 45 where he collabed with Lanceypooh. In mid-2014, Ian left Team Crafted for an unknown reason. He used to upload many funny gaming videos with the group. After joining TC, he became a well-known Minecraft YouTuber. When he started to record with Lanceypooh, Derp SSundee appeared with Lancey's alter-ego Eddy.

On 28 February 2013, Ian started his alter-ego known as Derp SSundee appeared his first appearance in" Minecraft Mods - Corruption Dimension Mod - Mobs, Boss, Items". On 23 August 2013, SSundee got 1 million subscribers. However, he was making call of duty videos before this, which are now privated. On 24 September 2010, SSundee uploaded what is thought to be his first ever YouTube video by most people, titled " Minecraft Rollercoaster! w/ SSundee". On 27 November 2009, SSundee joined YouTube. Ian has said that ever since the birth of Simeon, the pair has been doing much better. In November 2019, the pair had a son named Simeon. In 2017, Ian and Madelyn both seperated and got together again. The pair had their first son named Colton. On February 14, 2013, he made a vlog video talking about him leaving the military, and that he would have more time to make videos. Ian joined the military branch (Air Force) when he was in his young adult years and was happy with being in the military. He now lives in his old home in the town of Summerville, South Carolina. When he was having marital issues he briefly moved to Victoria, British Columbia in Canada. 2 years later he moved to South Carolina and lived there for 11 years. Ian was born in Michigan on Decemand he has African and Irish ancestry.
